SoftStore seller dashboard updated with analytics and UX improvements

SoftStore updated lk.softstore.app for sellers.

The dashboard now includes interactive charts without page reloads, period switching by day, week, month and year, and two chart metrics: sales count and created orders.

KPI blocks now update together with the chart: sales, orders, conversion and average order value. Product order views received product images for faster visual checks, category counters were corrected, API limits were increased with safer request handling, and navigation/adaptive behavior was improved.
